About Dr. Albizem
Board certified in five specialties, Dr. Albizem draws on 15 years experience in clinical and interventional cardiology to focus his practice on optimizing circulatory health for his patients. Dr. Albizems board certifications include cardiology, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, nuclear cardiology and internal medicine. His extensive education and experience qualify Dr. Albizem to apply the most advanced medical technology available to conduct various cardiac procedures.
About Dr. Mustafa
Dr. Usman Mustafa is a Board-Certified Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease providing services to patients in Trenton, New Jersey area for the last 15 years.

Dr. Jack has over twenty-five years of practice experience and is focused on preventative medicine as well as a holistic approach to the well-being of his patients. Dr. Manzella’s passion is to help people affected by diabetes, and chemical dependencies, and those who suffer from mental illness.
About Dr. Jahan
Dr. Jahan is board certified in internal medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Outside of work, Dr. Jahan enjoys reading, listening to music, watching soccer, tennis, and cricket. She also enjoys spending time with family and loves to travel. Dr. Jahan joined Heart Care Consultants in July 2016 and serves primary care patients at several of our locations.

Brandon Pisani is a primary care physician assistant located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2022, Brandon earned a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Bridgeport. Past experiences working in emergency medicine and psychiatry have allowed him to become a well-rounded, caring provider.

Diane Basich is a family medicine nurse practitioner with a strong clinical interest in primary health care services for adults 18 and up: providing education around prevention, health promotion, and optimization of health conditions.
Diane completed her graduate studies at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Prior to completing her MS as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Diane worked as a registered nurse in multiple sub-specialties.
About Paul
Prior to Nursing School, Paul had 5 years of experience in patient diagnosis, treatment, teaching, and counseling in the areas of Microbiology and Infectious diseases with a special interest in Tropical diseases including HIV/AIDS and Veneral diseases. As a native of Ghana, in West Africa, he strives not to use his background to help fight against only Chronic Complex Medical Conditions, but also, all kinds of Temperate and Tropical diseases. Paul enjoys watching movies and playing music with his family. His favorite instrument is the Piano. He is looking forward to meeting new and current patients with a smile.

Theresa Pileggi is a formidable clinician, boasting an extensive understanding of both inpatient acute care and outpatient internal medicine. As a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Internal Medicine Practitioner, her more than 20 years of hospital experience is complemented by a decade in outpatient general medicine. Theresa firmly believes in a holistic approach to patient care, emphasizing the importance of understanding every facet of a patient’s life – medical, surgical, social, and mental – to truly grasp their ‘Big Picture’.

Joseph Mojoko Koroma MBA/MSN CRNP worked as a Registered nurse in Medsurg and Telemetry for years before transitioning to skilled long-term and Rehab care as a floor nurse, unit manager, supervisor, and assistant director of nursing. Joseph graduated from Widener University’s family nurse practitioner program.

Naila graduated as a physician assistant from University of the Sciences in 2018. She is very well-rounded with having both inpatient experience working in hospital medicine, as well as, outpatient experience working in primary care and urgent care. Naila knows the importance of providing quality care to patients. Outside of work, Naila loves traveling and spending time with her family.
